A university tutor specialized in volunteering work will supervise volunteers’ registration and performance.

Sauce District Public Library
Location: Sauce District – San Isidro – Provice of Buenos Aires

Activities of the Institution

For four years this program has offered programs on guitar, percussion, ballet, juggling, murga (local popular parade), drama, computing rights conscience and school tutoring to 140 teenagers.
This is the fifth year an adult school is operating: many neighbors are studying the ESB.
A Pilot center is also open for 20 teenagers who dropped out the ESB, this being an unprecedented experience in the province.
Also, a Children and Youth Orchestra is functioning since March.

• The first direct action consisted in organizing a space where kids had the chance to have an afternoon snack and make contact.
• In the last 10 years we have focused on offering school tutoring for students attending EGB and Polimodal Level, enhancing their self-esteem through a series of accomplishments.
• Participation in multiple networks and fostering of bonds with organizations resulting in the strengthening of common objectives seeking to broaden the scope for teenagers and youth.
• Assist families, children and youth in different social insertion stages from nearby neighborhoods.
